In a lot of cases, we will suggest a nail avulsion treatment that removes the ingrown part of the toenail. But this treatment is best performed when the infection’s associated swelling and inflammation is minimal. Your GP may be able to prescribe antibiotics to clear the infection prior to having a nail avulsion treatment.
If an X-ray, ultrasound, or any other testing is necessary, Craig can provide the referral. However, if you are experiencing severe pain, we advise you visit your local GP or head straight to the hospital for immediate medical attention.

Before you see Craig at your first consultation, you will be required to fill out a form. The new patient details form allows us to build a profile of your podiatric history and better service your foot care needs. Please bring a list of any relevant medications and be sure to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment.
